Welcome to our home!
When you enter our front door, the formal living room is the first room at the front of the house. We have bay windows and our 'pre-lit' flocked Christmas tree stands centered in one of the windows so it's visible from the street corner. I normally don't add any kind of ribbon to our tree, however this year, half of the lights weren't working so I added a wide mesh ribbon to distract your eye from the areas of un-lit bulbs. #reallife
In our dining room, we have a 68" round table that seats six. I added garland down the center of the table and wreaths to the backs of each chair. I chose these hand-painted antelope print ornaments paired with white and gold diamond pattern ornaments to create an effortlessly elegant look.
The holiday decor in our family room has more of a traditional style than the rest of the house. Classic fresh cedar garland with red and green personalized stockings give this room a feeling of Christmas!
Adjacent to the family room is our kitchen where you'll find a few more festive details!
One of my very favorite things in our kitchen is our antique pantry door! I hung a fresh Christmas wreath on the door, which is beautiful against the antique mirrored glass and coordinates perfectly with the mercury glass pendants hanging in the hallway off the kitchen.
I couldn't ever find the perfect spot for this cute Santa picture that I've had forever...until this year! He fits perfectly in the hallway with a pair of his boots on the floor leading toward the garage. I love the look of our hallway this year!
Our breakfast room recently got a makeover so this room won't be getting any holiday decor. I love it just the way it is!
